KB Home has opened two new communities at Crosswinds in Morgan Hill, offering single family and duet homes from about 2,018 to 2,529 SF with shared amenities and pricing from the mid $1M range.
KB Home has opened two new residential communities within the Crosswinds master planned development in Morgan Hill, California, according to an announcement published on the KB Home press website. The communities, Preserve at Crosswinds and Retreat at Crosswinds, add new housing options in southern Santa Clara County.
Preserve at Crosswinds includes two story single family homes ranging from approximately 2,018 to 2,111 SF. Floor plans offer up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Retreat at Crosswinds features two story duet style homes ranging from about 2,345 to 2,529 SF, with layouts offering up to five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Pricing for both communities begins in the mid 1 million dollar range.
Shared amenities within the Crosswinds master plan include a swimming pool, park, children’s playground, and a clubhouse with a lounge and barbecue area. The communities are located near the intersection of De Paul Drive and Half Road and are within walking distance of local schools and parks. The site offers access to U.S. Highway 101, regional transit options, and employment centers throughout Silicon Valley.
KB Home stated that the homes are designed to incorporate energy and water efficiency features and are intended to meet ENERGY STAR certification standards. Sales offices and model homes are open for walk in visits, scheduled appointments, and virtual tours.
