Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has expanded its residential offerings in Surprise, Arizona, with two new product lines now available at Sterling Grove, a master-planned community in the northwest Phoenix metropolitan area.
The Atley Collection introduces three floor plans spanning 2,021 to 2,439 SF. These two-story designs accommodate four to five bedrooms and 2.5 to 3 bathrooms, with two-car garage configurations. Base pricing starts in the mid-$400,000 range.
Separately, the Brookhaven Collection presents three additional two-story layouts ranging from 2,449 to 2,892 SF. Each design includes five bedrooms, three to four bathrooms, and two-car garages. Certain homesites provide views of nearby golf courses and mountain ranges. Entry pricing begins in the low $500,000s.
Both collections add to Sterling Grove’s existing inventory, which serves buyers seeking amenity-rich residential environments. The master plan incorporates recreational facilities managed by Troon, including multiple swimming pools, dining venues, spa services, and fitness facilities. Landscaped common areas feature walking trails and water elements.
A model home showcasing the Bridgewater design will open January 17, 2026, with an event scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. featuring food vendors and entertainment.
